Hillside lodge in the beautiful Poconos mountains. You enter into the large open living room, with high vaulted ceilings. 65" TV is mounted in the corner next to the wood-burning fireplace. At the back of the space is the bar-height dining room table for you to break bread. This is adjoined by the fabulous raised screened-in porch which overlooks the river and lower deck below.

The charming kitchen provides all the utilities to create a delicious meal, as we love to cook ourselves! Electric stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender & kettle are all provided.

Follow the hallway to reach the Master Bedroom suite, which overlooks the back yard and river. The bedroom has plenty of space with a King bed, walk in closet and large flatscreen TV. The master bedroom's private bathroom contains a stand up shower and Jacuzzi jetted tub to unwind in.

The main floor also contains a convenient powder room as well as washer and dryer if you need to do laundry after a rigorous hike.

When you descend downstairs you are met with a movie room that features a 70" flatscreen TV and huge sectional couch with reclining seats for your comfort. In the corner of this room resides the infrared Sauna, perfect for 2-3 people to relax in. Sauna features a bluetooth stereo that is easy to connect your phone audio to for music or audio book.

Wrapped around further into the basement is the game room, with Ping Pong, Foosball, Digital Pinball and plenty of space to play cards or boardgames with the family.

The backdoor here opens up to the lower deck and the stunning yard. The deck comes equipped with propane grill and wood burning chimenea for chilly nights. Of course the star of the show is the running stream below and the massive firepit. The kids will love trying to catch frogs and wading in the water.

If you make your way back inside and up the stairs you will first come across the work area, if you need a desk to crunch some numbers. House is equipped with high speed internet throughout!

To the right are 3 additional bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a Queen bed, high vaulted ceilings, a large flatscreen TV, walk in closet and small couch. On the left side of the hall are the flower room, with Queen bed and the Feather room with Full bed. Both have a marvelous heightened view of the river and their own flatscreen TVs as well.

At the end of the hall is the upstairs bathroom, with tub/shower combo.
