Welcome to our cozy upstairs flat—ideal for chill travelers and folks who appreciate a peaceful stay. We’re in a quiet neighborhood, so this isn’t the spot for parties or late-night hangouts. The unit is close to everything Toledo has to offer—19 Metroparks, the Zoo, Walleye and Mud Hens games, downtown dining, the riverfront, golf, and the Art Museum. There's a park at the end of the street!

The space
This second story unit with private entrance gets lots of light and is a great perch to look out at the beautiful tree lined neighborhood.

Our home boasts two cozy bedrooms with fresh white linens both queen-size beds.The bathroom comes stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, makeup towels, cotton balls, q tips, and a blow dryer.

Our light-filled living room is perfect for relaxing and binging on your favorite shows on the Roku TV.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, and a Kurig machine. We also provide a starter amount of tide pods, water, and snack bar - because who wants to cook on vacation anyway?

Guest access
Access is through the front door to the right and up the stairs so parking on the street in front of the house is the easiest access to the front door. The driveway is reserved for the lower tenant.

Other things to note
For everyone’s comfort and safety—and out of respect for our neighbors—all guests must be included on the reservation, including anyone visiting during the day and not staying overnight. Unregistered visitors or drop-ins aren’t allowed, so please make sure to list everyone ahead of time. It helps avoid any issues and keeps your stay smooth and enjoyable.
