Heating the pool is an extra service charge to cover gas costs $30/day. This must be requested prior to arrival so the pool is ready.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private backyard with the pool. Enjoy the entire property to yourselves for the duration of your stay. Self check-in is available for your convenience.

Other things to note
To ensure the pool is clean, Pool Service is scheduled for every Friday morning. You do not need to do anything, they will let themselves into they backyard, and it usually only takes 15-20 minutes. If you have pets please ensure they are secured.

Pets must be leashed at all times in the neighborhood.

The following breeds are not allowed.

- American Pitbull Terrier
- Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- Presa Canario
- Rottweiler
- Stanfordshire Terrier
- Wolf/wolf hybrid
- Dogo Argentino
Combination of above dogs with police training and/or bite history.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We would love to allow all dogs, but insurance does not allow these breeds for liability reasons.

Also note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Long hair dogs hair can clog the filter. Letting the dogs into the pool may result in an additional $200 cleaning fee.

We love pets, but we don’t like cleaning up there waste, please clean up after your pet. Thank you.

Lastly, Smoking is not permitted within the house. Smoking inside will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
