Welcome to your private paradise walking distance to the beach! Centrally located one short block from beach and walking distance to Magic Sands and Kahaluu Beach Park. Great for family and friends reunion!
1) Upper level has three bedroom suites - Two with king beds and one with a queen bed
2) Upper level has kitchen, dinning, living room and lanai area
3) Main level are two bedroom suites - one with a queen bed and two twins and one with a king bed and two twins.
You have several dining room areas - an interior dining room, exterior lanai facing the ocean, a covered lanai adjacent to the kitchen, and private backyard deck with BBQ, loungers, seating, and swimming pool!
The home features fully equipped kitchen, WIFI/High Speed Internet/Cable TV are provided. TVs in all bedrooms and living room.
This house is a short walk to three of the best beaches in Kona. The first is White Sands Beach which the locals call Magic Sands. Short Walk south is the famous snorkeling beach, Kahaluu. Kahaluu offers easy access to the undersea population of green sea turtles and colorful tropical fish of every description. Gentle waves on the far side are great for easy surfing, with a surf shop across the street if you need lessons.

You will need a car to get around the island. There is room for 2 cars in the carport and at least 4 can park on the private driveway. You can walk to the beach, but it is recommended to have a car to get around town.

(a) Quiet hours shall be from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
(b) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Housekeeping Items:
1) The house has a very 'open layout concept' leading to outdoor tropical living, and windows, shades should be left open to allow the optimal wind and ocean flow through the house and various rooms. As the house is open and airy, if you leave dirty dishes and food lying around, it may attract ants, mice, mongoose, birds and rats. We have professional monthly interior and exterior pest control maintenance but also need your help to stay clear! The open concept allows the occasional native critters (like gecko) to pay guests an occasional visit.
2) There is no AC. The house is situated a block away from the beach - open the slider windows for cool ocean breeze to flow through the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans and numerous portable fans throughout the house to keep cool.
3) For security purposes, we do have exterior cameras (pool, exterior grounds). We do not hide their positions and they are in very visible locations.
4) We will send across a short-term vacation rules & contract for all adults to sign. Please be on the lookout for this.
5) Complementary supplies: Guests are provided 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 2 rolls of paper towel, some laundry soap/shampoo to get your vacation started. It is your responsibility to provide yourselves with these items when the complimentary supplies we provide are depleted.
6) In order to get accurate pricing, please enter the correct number of adults and children. There is an additional cost of $35/per person/night beyond 8 guests.
7) No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.
