Villa Toscana - Moorenweis

Approximately 90 sqm large holiday home for up to 6 adults plus 3 children. It is located between Munich, Augsburg, and the Five Lakes Region in the foothills of the Alps amidst an idyllic garden with a barbecue area, terraces, and a garden pond. It belongs to a former farmhouse from the 18th century and was the "Austragshäusl". Since the property has been developed in a Mediterranean style, we call it the "Villa Toscana".

All our guests found this apartment very cozy. The large and well-equipped kitchen, the dining area that invites you to stay in the evenings, the sofa bed for lounging, as well as two double rooms, the lower one with a sink and shower. Children and teenagers are thrilled with the room featuring the bunk bed. A baby bed can also be placed here if needed. The highlight is the star-gazing bed under the skylight. A narrow and steep staircase leads upstairs. There is no toilet on the upper floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, cutlery, and kitchen appliances for 10 people. Private WLAN/Internet connection with 250 MBit. Smart SAT TV.

The terrace and the covered barbecue area are available for use. In the large garden and greenhouse, depending on the season, there is plenty of fruit and vegetables. What you find can be harvested or snacked on. There are sufficient parking spaces on and in front of the property. Grunertshofen is located on the Roman road and the current bike path Via Julia.
