The living room with integrated eat-in kitchen and solid, high-quality furniture is stylishly furnished with great cachet and attention to detail. Particularly worth mentioning is the ultra-modern, well-equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer with ice cube dispenser, built-in Miele coffee machine for espresso, coffee, latte macchiato, oven with steamer function, hob, dishwasher, sufficient crockery and cutlery, illuminated and huge stone worktop, gas barbecue in the outdoor area. You will find everything your heart and palate desire in various supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There are also 4 very comfortable armchairs and an XXL flat screen in the living area.

The villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms. All 4 rooms are furnished in a state-of-the-art style and have very comfortable king-size beds with tempura mattresses and are all equipped with a wall-mounted, large flatscreen TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Two of the four rooms also have a walk-in wardrobe, direct access to the pool area with sliding window front and views of the pool, garden and canal, as well as a separate spacious bathroom with bathtub (master suite only), rain shower and secluded, separate outdoor shower. The other two rooms share a spacious bathroom.

The spacious pool area is the highlight of Villa Thislis Dream. It is completely covered with Teflox netting so that no animals or insects can get in the way. The pool area is separated from the living room and bedrooms by full-length sliding glass doors. When the glass fronts are open, the living and pool areas are transformed into a fantastic wellness oasis. The very comfortable furniture available offers enough space for everyone in the house to relax and unwind. There is also a large table with comfortable chairs and the ceiling fans ensure a good climate at all times.
The 80m² saltwater infinity pool (16m x 5m) is up to 2.10m deep and can be heated to the desired water temperature with a solar system and/or gas heating if required and has various benches with water jets. The "beach zone" integrated into the pool with a fountain invites you to linger and play. The additional and special Jacuzzi whirlpool with overflow and three benches and four hot water jets can easily accommodate 6 people.
There is a fire table by the lounge for romantic evenings, which can be fuelled with gas.

Villa Thislis Dream is located in a villa neighbourhood on a quiet residential street in the south-east of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The holiday home with a floor area of approx. 300m² is situated on a plot of approx. 600m² directly on a navigable canal in Cape Coral. In addition to the boat mooring belonging to the property, there is a beautifully landscaped and well-kept Mediterranean-style garden. The generously designed entrance area with illuminated palm trees and plants has a stylishly paved forecourt for playing and parking for several vehicles. There are other villas in the immediate neighbourhood, which are inhabited by friendly and sociable permanent residents.
