The open-style kitchen features a center island with some bar stools to enjoy some snacks. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and lots of cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare some delicious meals during your stay.

It also features a BBQ where you can prepare your favorite dinner, a dining table where you can enjoy a quiet family meal, and some loungers to sunbathe after swimming in the pool or to contemplate the native plants and wildlife outside the screen cage.

The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed to enjoy a restful nights sleep and a TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows, as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The master bath features an elegant large shower, a separate toilet room, and two separate vanities with beautiful countertops and plenty of cabinets.

The second bedroom features a Queen-size bedroom, direct access and view to the pool area, and an en-suite half bathroom with access to the pool area. Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-size beds.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.
