The villa is split into 2 floors and offers 3 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, eat in kitchen dining + living room (additional play room) and gorgeous terraces. On ground floor the property has one of the bedrooms and a bathroom plus a huge living room with access to the terrace and one reading space (chimney) and television (satellite) area. The independent dining room has also access to the terrace and garden. The 3 double bedrooms in first floor (1 with en suite bathroom) are distributed around a central play / multimedia room. Access to the first floor terrace / solarium.</P><P>The villa is south West oriented and offers nice views to the Tramuntana mountain and the Palma Bay. You won’t miss the Majorcan sunset from any of the terraces.
