Our 440 sq ft Nashville studio condo is centrally located in the heart of one of Nashville's hottest neighborhoods, Melrose/ 8th Ave South - bordering 12 South. This is a walkable neighborhood where within minutes you can find food (even hot chicken), grocery stores and bars. At just 2.5 miles to Downtown Nashville you are a short drive / short uber to the action of Broadway without being right in it.

At Southbound Stays, we're a husband-and-wife team who own, host, and manage our properties. As avid travelers who've experienced Nashville as both tourists and locals, our goal is to simplify travel and ensure a memorable stay for our guests. ❗️Important Considerations... there's a lot to love about Vibe but let's be sure it's the right fit for you:

1. Rental Agreement: Must sign agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancelation with applicable cancelation penalties.
2. Occupancy: Max 4 persons at the condo at any given time, including non-overnight guests. This count includes adults, children and infants.
3. Size: Our condo is a 440 sq ft studio.
4. Minimum Age: Booking guest must be age 21+ (or active military) & occupant of the Property.
5. Accessibility: Ground-level studio but small step to entry; pool via 1 flight of stairs; no elevator.
6. Location: May hear noise from others in condo complex, occasional construction sounds.
7. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen bed + queen sleeper sofa.
8. TVs: streaming services only; no local cable.
9. Pets: Potty trained, well- behaved dogs allowed. Non-refundable $15/day fee (max 2). Indicate number of dogs during booking. No cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, or other non-human animals. Pet fee is additional and will be requested separately post booking. Fee is due 48 within 48 hours or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours.
10. Vehicles: No trailers, RVs, boats or non-standard vehicles in parking spot or street per Nashville regulations.
11. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
12. Limitations: No dishwasher; No ice maker; Wall AC/ Heat Unit.
13. Pool: Open from early May to Labor Day annually. Closed other times of the year.
14. Laundry: Washer/ dryer in complex laundromat (PAY / use machines) in same building; no detergent provided.
15. Building Age: Condo built in 1950s and though renovated in 2020 there are some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos. The condo complex has areas of building where it shows its age. Each condo individually owned, community areas maintained by HOA/ property manager.
16. Smart Home/Security: Exterior camera at entry door (NO interior cameras). NOTE: other condos in building have similar style security cameras. Echo devices in living and bedrooms (can be unplugged).
