LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION! Step outside your door onto a 9 hole golf course, with mountain views, indoor &outdoor pool, hot tub, playground & basketball/tennis courts.Private access to the Ellis River! A short walk across the street to Storyland and the new Aquarium! And a quick drive to Conway outlets, historic Jackson, 4 nearby Ski Resorts all within 20 minutes drive(Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat,& Black Mtn)

Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with private entrance!
Living room has a glowing fireplace that can add additional heat on those cold winter nights, a brand queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a 43” Smart roku TV & DVD player.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with 32” Smart TV, roku & DVD player.
Guest room has a sliding door that leads out back to a wonderful view of the golf course, it also has a bunk bed with brand new twin mattress on top, & brand new futon on the bottom. Guest room also has a 19” TV with DVD player & roku.
Kitchen has a spacious breakfast bar that can fit up to 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including brand new appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher) coffee maker, brand new crockpot, spice rack with over 20 spices for those that love to cook & margaritaville blender for your favorite adults beverages!!! Cheers!
Guests will have access to entire unit, 2 parking spaces & a picnic table that is shared with the neighboring building.
For an additional fee, guests can access the 9 hole golf course, country club, tennis courts, basketball courts, outdoor pool & playground !
Owner does not live on site, but is available via email and text for any questions or concerns!
