The Twisted U is designed for our family of 5 with three kids aging from pre-teen to a toddler but with a modern touch. From a three-tiered bunk room to board games and puzzles galore, this property is designed for them. We love to be outside but also keep an eye on our kids so we built our home with an extended elevated back deck where anyone can easily run in and out through the massive 16-foot sliding pocket door that makes a wall disappear. Looking for a good game of hide ‘n seek? The kids have their own secret playroom to hide away from all adults. Or, just looking to save some money and cook the meals that seem to always involve chicken nuggets? Our fully equipped kitchen will give you the space, utensils and small appliances to do just that. Finally, just looking to enjoy all the wonder of Hocking Hills? We are steps away from key trails and only about 25 min away from Old Man’s cave. The perfect location for the whole family with games, firepits, views and seclusion.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This modern hideaway accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is fitted with a king bed and huge windows. The secondary bedroom is fitted with a queen bed. Lastly the third bedroom is a three-tiered bunk room with two twins and a full size bunk on the bottom.
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are two full bathrooms in this home. The primary bathroom is centrally located in the hallway off the bedroom wing. It comes with a combo shower and tub. The secondary bathroom is connected to the master and comes with a shower. Worry about nothing with this thoughtfully stocked bathroom that provides everything you need and more.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The bright and cozy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 4 guests at the table.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous views and privacy. Lounge in the sun on your patio, or step outside to sit by the fire pit and enjoy nature. A seating area, firepit, BBQ and additional dining space (seating 6) are situated on the back deck of this lovely home for use during your stay. In addition, the hot tub is conveniently located right off the back deck but still secluded so it can feel like you are in nature.

We truly want you to enjoy every aspect and experience of enjoying good times with friends and family inside and out. As hosts, we will do everything in our power to serve you to the best of our ability. We are always available for questions or concerns. Guest access
Guests staying at this modern U-shaped house will have access to several amenities. The TV in the home is ready for log in on your favorite streaming service (Netflix & HBO Max already included), along with board games and ample amounts of books. You are welcome to use the laundry area as well! Please note, there is no access to crawl spaces.

In addition, you will be given access to the Yale Lock once your reservation is confirmed. To physically wake the lock’s screen, touch the Yale symbol at the top of the keypad and it'll light up. Enter your code followed by the checkmark ✓. This code only works from your check-in time until the check-out time. Press the Yale symbol at the top of the keypad to lock the door whenever you leave the property.

Hosting a bachelorette party or family get-together? We can help make planning easy with add-on services like decorations, food and cake. Inquire when booking for more information.

The house does have WiFi to connect the TV, locks and other wi-fi enabled devices; however, we don’t have enough bandwidth to support all guests. We do get cell phone service (Verizon is better than AT&T) and we encourage you to use that while you stay at our property.

During winter months, while our driveway is fairly flat the roads to get to us are not. We highly recommend 4WD or AWD.

Finally, we love our big windows, but they don't have shades. We have tension rods for the smaller windows that allow for blackout shades, but please note that the master bedroom will have light that gets in.
