The Space
Our bright and airy guesthouse loft is located above a detached garage on our private 1-acre lakefront property. Large skylights bring the outdoors in, creating a unique treetop experience surrounded by birds and wildlife. The open layout provides plenty of room to relax and organize your gear after a day of exploring. Enjoy lake views from the treetops, then make your way down to the private cove, dock, kayaks, and lakeside seating areas.
• Sleeps 3: Queen bed with under-bed storage plus a loveseat that converts to a bed.
• Well equipped Kitchenette: Refrigerator, microwave, air fryer / oven, toaster, slow & pressure cooker, blender, hot plate, coffee & tea bar, outdoor propane grill, and essentials for simple meals.
• Private Treetop Deck: Enjoy birdwatching, morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine surrounded by the tree canopy.
• Wellness & Recovery: Relax in the Clearlight Sanctuary 5 infrared sauna and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the trails or water.
• Lake Access: Complimentary kayaks available for exploring the quiet cove on Lake Brittany.

Outdoor Spaces
Guests are welcome to enjoy several outdoor gathering areas throughout the property:
• Private treetop deck attached to the guesthouse.
• Deck with a two-person swing overlooking the woods.
• Firepit deck for relaxing evenings under the stars with a view of the cove.
• Lakeside seating area next to the dock, ideal for fishing, wildlife watching, or simply enjoying the view.

The Location
• Back 40 Trail Access: Easy ride to the Mulligan and Pinion Creek connectors.

• Close to Bentonville: Approximately 15 minutes from Crystal Bridges Museum, Bentonville Square, and other Northwest Arkansas attractions.

Good to Know
The lakefront and dock are located at the bottom of the hillside. Access is available via a steep paved walkway or a stairway-style deck path. Guests should be comfortable navigating Ozark inclines to fully enjoy the lake amenities.

Guest Amenities
• Guest pass access to Bella Vista golf courses, pickleball courts, lakes, and additional recreational amenities.
• We live part-time in the main house on the property and are available for assistance or local recommendations if needed. The guesthouse has a private entrance and remains your own peaceful retreat throughout your stay.
