Boats and WaveRunners can be rented from a nearby marina or brought along. Open water access to Charlotte Harbor is only 10 minutes by boat. An array of beach gear is also available for those wanting to relax on a charming local beach.
Staying at Villa Tranquility places you in a desirable location, with a mere 25-minute walk to Fishermen's Village, downtown restaurants, and shopping destinations. Additionally, downtown Fort Myers is just a 34-minute drive away. Discover the beauty of the canals with complimentary kayaks or embark on a breezy cruise downtown on our provided beach bikes, reaching your destination in under 15 minutes. All amenities are provided free of charge.
Upon entering the villa, you will step into the living room that offers plenty of seating for you and your guests, as well as an assortment of books, magazines, and engaging games and puzzles, all centered around the surrounding area.
Off the living room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Both the living room and kitchen offer direct access to the lanai. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and at home.
The master suite has extra-large closets and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity, as well as a futon chaise lounge chair. At the other end of the Villa, are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with closets and a shared bathroom, complete with tub, shower, and spacious vanity.
The house comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, with three king beds and 2 chaise loungers that convert to twin beds, and the couch. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors.
As a thoughtful gesture, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine awaits in the refrigerator for your enjoyment. Please let us know in advance if you wish otherwise.

5. The Harborwalk
A stroll around the Harborwalk will be perfect if you want a laid-back evening with lovely scenery and a refreshing breeze to clear your brain. You may unwind and take in all of Charlotte Harbor's beauty on the 2.5 mile-nature trail.
You may drive, bike, walk or use Uber or Lyft for transportation. It is a 25-minute walk to Fishermen's Village and downtown.
Please utilize the driveway and avoid parking on the street. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, with the garage fitting 1 additional car. Parking trailers, boats, or RVs in the driveway or street is prohibited.
Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:
Early Check-In 8am-12pm: $250
Early Check-In 12pm-4pm: $150
Late Check-Out Before 12pm: $150
Late Check-Out 12pm-5pm: $250

Please note that there are no recording devices within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.
