4. Enjoy The Parks
This city has so many parks that you cannot explore them all in one trip. Laishley, Bike Linear, Ponce De Leon, and Gilchrist are the most well-known parks here. Every park offers you and your friends or family something special to do or indulge in.
5. The Harborwalk
A stroll around the Harborwalk will be perfect if you want a laid-back evening with lovely scenery and a refreshing breeze to clear your brain. You may unwind and take in all of Charlotte Harbor's beauty on the 2.5 mile-nature trail.

Please use the driveway and avoid parking on the street. The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, with the garage fitting only one car. Avoid parking trailers, boats, or RVs in the driveway or street to maintain the area's aesthetics.
Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:
Early Check-In 8am-12pm: $250
Early Check-In 12pm-4pm: $150
Late Check-Out Before 12pm: $150
Late Check-Out 12pm-5pm: $250

Pets may be allowed with prior approval and payment of the $250 +tax pet fee - please inquire before booking.
Please note that there are no recording devices within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.
