The house pulls from both ends of the PNW: the dark, woodsy quiet of the Cascades and the airy, coastal tones of Puget Sound, tied together with heated bathroom floors, velvet blackout curtains, and the kind of details that make you want to stay in on a rainy afternoon.

Where you'll sleep:
The Timber Room (Bedroom 1) has a king bed against a custom misty PNW forest mural, velvet blackout curtains, and an open-air wardrobe with robes ready for the walk to the sauna.

The Tide Room (Bedroom 2) has a king bed under a one-of-a-kind driftwood crab on a deep teal accent wall, coastal tones, and the same velvet blackout curtains and wardrobe setup.

The third bedroom is the secret attic, accessed by a ladder behind the curtains in the loft. Queen bed, cedar walls, string lights, wood toys, and bean bag chairs.

The kitchen and coffee bar
Fully equipped for real meals with GreenPan ceramic cookware, organic spices, organic extra virgin olive oil, dishwasher, full-size fridge with water in the door, kids' plates, cups, and utensils, and everything you need for a night in.

The coffee and tea bar has locally roasted Bargreens beans (Mt Baker blend and decaf), a Keurig, drip brewer, French press, matcha, an assortment of teas, oganic honey, and flavored syrups (French vanilla and caramel). Mugs for everyone, each one different.

For the kids
The loft has the NBA Jam arcade on free play, plus puzzles and games in the console. The cedar-lined secret attic, accessed by a ladder from the loft, is a destination in itself with wooden toys, a treasure chest, books, string lights, and bean bag chairs. Pack-and-play, high chair, and kids' plates, cups, and utensils are ready in the kitchen. The fully fenced yard means kids can roam safely.

For the dogs
A dog bed, soft blankets, food and water dishes, and poop bags are stocked and ready. The fully fenced yard means they can roam without a leash, and the closest waterfront park is 3 minutes away for morning walks. We allow one dog per stay with an additional $50 cleaning fee.

Timber & Tide sits in View Ridge, one of Everett's quiet, established residential neighborhoods, the kind where neighbors have lived on the same street for decades and actually wave hello. It's a peaceful, owner-occupied community with a genuine small-town feel, even with everything the city has to offer just minutes away.
Parking is plentiful, the streets are calm, and the neighborhood is wonderfully walkable, perfect for morning strolls with the dog or letting the kids stretch their legs. Neighborhood parks are right around the corner, and the waterfront is less than 5 minutes by car.

- The bedrooms feature custom open-air wardrobes rather than traditional closets or dressers. There are hangers, shelves, and a luggage rack in each room
- The secret attic is accessed by a ladder from the loft and is best suited for kids or adventurous adults comfortable with climbing
- The barrel sauna seats 4 comfortably — please review the sauna care instructions in the digital guidebook before use
- The loft is an open space overlooking the main level — it's not a fully enclosed room
