The space
This unit is the UPSTAIRS unit (unit 2) of a duplex, featuring private off-street parking that is located behind the house via the alley. Detailed instructions for parking will be sent prior to your arrival.

You must walk from the backyard driveway to the front door to enter this unit. There are some lights along the path for nighttime arrivals. If you have concerns with navigating uneven grass to walk to the front door entry, consider reserving the other unit (“The Hilton House | Central Park Retreat”), which has front driveway parking available.

This unit requires stairs for entry. Use caution when navigating the stairs as there may be low points of entry. If you have any concerns with stairs for safety or accessibility reasons, please consider our other unit (“The Hilton House | Central Park Retreat”), which is a first-floor unit.

Shared outdoor and laundry spaces included with your stay. The shared laundry room is accessible via the back door entrance of the home.

Shared spaces include the front and back yard of the property, as well as a shared laundry space. Please be respectful of other guests during your stay.

Please note that this listing is one private unit in a duplex, not a standalone home. You’ll have your own private entrance and the entire unit to yourself. The only shared spaces are the laundry room and outdoors.

However, if you’re comfortable staying in a duplex, you’ll enjoy a stay with the convenience of walkable access to King’s Daughters Medical Center (KDMC), Central Park, downtown Ashland, and a nearby hiking trail.
