This property is a duplex. This unit is a private, entire unit located on the FIRST FLOOR (unit 1) with front driveway access and garage parking available. If you do not wish to have shared spaces with neighbors, we kindly recommend you check out our other listing (Tranquility Corner) for a private single-family home, or consider reserving both unit 1 and unit 2 (if available) for the entire space.

Guest access
Unit 1 guests can access the front driveway for parking, as well as use of the garage. The backyard and laundry room is shared among both units. Please be respectful of other guests when using shared spaces.

Other things to note
Please note that this listing is one private unit in a duplex, not a standalone home. You’ll have your own private entrance and the entire unit to yourself. The only shared spaces are the laundry room and outdoors.

If you’re looking for complete privacy in a detached house, this may not be the best fit. However, if you’re comfortable staying in a duplex, you’ll enjoy a stay with the convenience of walkable access to King’s Daughters Medical Center (KDMC), Central Park, downtown Ashland, and a nearby hiking trail.
