Set on a half-acre, this retreat features a large pool, heated spa, luxe cabanas, firepits, variety of lounge options and a private casita. Play sports on your own grounds, then gather around the fireside lounge under the stars. With two living rooms, an outdoor kitchen, and 2 stylish dining for up to 16, it’s the perfect blend of entertainment, comfort, and Vegas glamour.

The home is equipped with a smart lock for self check-in using a unique code provided before arrival.

★ Prohibited Areas & Equipment Use★
Access to pool equipment, heater systems, circuit panels, and maintenance closets is not permitted. These areas are restricted to authorized personnel only, for your safety and to avoid system malfunctions and accidental mishaps. We will provide you enablement after approval of use.

Our villa welcomes extended stays and offers special flexibility for certain travel dates. If your plans don’t align exactly with the calendar, feel free to check with us.

• Trash Day – Thursday: Place bins curbside Wednesday night (city collection Thursday).
• Parking: No vehicles on grass or turf areas.
