The Executive Sweet - Staten Island

This is an old home built in the late 1800’s - once a German bakery - and is located on a fairly quiet (for New York) cobblestone street on Staten Island. The Staten Island ferry, a 25 minute boat ride that takes you to Manhattan, is an 18 minute train ride, 15 minute bus ride, or 30 minute walk away. The bus is a 7 minute walk away and train 12 minutes. Also close to the Verrazano bridge, which takes you to Brooklyn. Check out my guidebook for local bars, restaurants, museums, hikes etc!

The space
Welcome to the Executive Sweet. The space is broken up into three separate rooms on the top floor: There is a kitchenette for cooking/dining; living room/extra bedroom with large screen television (all the subscription services) and fold out queen size futon; a spacious master bedroom with walk in closet and connected full bathroom. These are three separate rooms. The master bedroom does not have its own television. This is the top floor Airbnb and there is another airbnb space a floor beneath it.

Staten Island does not have the myriad of shops and walkable destinations that Manhattan has - please keep that in your expectations and you’ll be satisfied. Check out my guidebook to experience some of my favorite eateries, hiking, and historical spots. Enjoy!

Guest access
Parking is public and you’ll find a space on the block. There is a nearby train and bus that can take you to the ferry. The ferry is only a 30 minute walk away! Restaurants, cafes, bars, and delis are all within walking distance. Check out my guidebook.

Other things to note
There is no smoking in doors, please. Trash goes out Monday and Thursday evenings. Recycling goes out Monday nights. Thank you
