Our recently updated home, is the perfect spot for your next North Conway vacation! Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, this home is perfect for your family getaway. On the lower level, we have an additional living room and game room with a big screen TV. After a long day exploring the outdoors, warm up by the fire in the winter, or relax out on the deck or by the firepit in the summer and fall. We are close to the best attractions North Conway has to offer!

On the main floor there is ample living room space, with a wood stove, big screen TV, chess and checkers table. The kitchen has been recently updated with a large island, dining table. There is also a master bedroom with a King bed, large dressing room / closet and bathroom.

The second floor boasts 3 bedrooms , and a bathroom.

The second floor master has a King Bed, Queen bed room and then a bunkroom with 2 twin beds and a Queen bed (Queen is short). Top bunk is NOT appropriate for adults.

There is an additional lower level living room and game room with air hockey, foosball, board games and big screen TV. You will also find a large capacity washer and dryer in the mud / laundry room.

The home also has ample outdoor space with a large yard, a mountain view, deck for grilling, and relaxing and driveway for parking.

The gas grill and fire pit are available in the Spring, Summer and Fall only.

There is an extra-large mini split A/C unit in the upstairs hall. The balcony is open and this unit adequately cools the first floor living room, and kitchen. If the doors are left open to the bunk room and the queen bedroom, the unit will also adequately cool these rooms.

The fireplace in the kitchen is decorative only and not operational and not for guests to use.

You will have access to everything and nothing is shared.

Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana Bath's, Saco River, 10 minutes to North Conway Village, Zebbs, and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants.

Great family neighborhood for walking and riding bikes. Great location to enjoy hiking, tubing, golf, skiing. It is 5 minutes to the slopes of Attitash and Cranmore Mountains and 15 minutes to Storyland.

There is no Ride Share (Uber of Lyft) services in the area.

If traveling with motorcycles or using outdoor spaces, please be mindful of noise. Neighbors are close by as this is a quiet residential neighborhood.
