Boathouse is part of the property and it has a one bedroom apartment above. It can be used with a special arrangement. The boathouse ground floor stores all kinds of lake toys that are available for use - kayaks, paddle boards, floats, water mat, fishing poles, and such.

Life jackets available - please use all the toys responsibly.
Parking in front fits 2 regular size cars.
Be aware of the stairs - there are around 30 steps to the main house and additional 30 to the dock.
