The space
The first floor is an entertainer's dream — open-plan living, dining, and kitchen with panoramic lake views, plus a convenient half bath.
The second floor is home to all four bedrooms. The primary suite is a true escape: king bed, private balcony, walk-in closet, seating area, and a marble spa bathroom. The three additional bedrooms are bright and comfortable, sharing a beautifully appointed full bath on the same floor.
The ground floor offers a semi-finished bonus space — perfect as a media room or game room, complete with an 85" TV. It's a great hangout spot for movie nights or rainy afternoons.
And then there's the boathouse. Situated right on the water, the ground floor is stocked with everything you need for a full day on the lake: kayaks, paddle boards, a water mat, floats, fishing poles, and more — all included for your use. Life jackets are provided; please enjoy responsibly.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the first floor, second floor, ground floor/basement, yard, and private dock. Please note the basement is semi-finished but fully functional as a media or game room.

The boathouse apartment
The boathouse includes a charming one-bedroom apartment above — available for an additional fee with special arrangement. If you're looking to rent the entire property, please inquire and we'll be happy to accommodate.
