Ground level: Relax in the spacious living and kitchen areas.
-> The kitchen offers very generous quartz countertop space, a large island with 4 stools and wine/beverage fridge, as well as an adjoining dining room for 8.
-> The half bath is conveniently located nearby in the hallway.
-> The living room is spacious and offers a wall mounted 55 inch TV, ceiling fan, and large sectional couch that also provides sleeping options as a queen size sleeper if you have a larger group.
-> A sliding glass door opens to a private patio with BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor living furniture

Upstairs: you will find a fully stocked laundry room and all three bedrooms, beautifully decorated and fully furnished. Settle down in your choice of two king-size bedrooms or the queen-size bedroom, each equipped with ceiling fans and walk-in closets.
-> The master king room enjoys a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks, as well as a balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the front of the residence and community.
-> The second king bedroom and the queen bedroom share a gorgeous, yet functional, adjoining (jack & jill style) full bath with tub/shower and double sinks


About the area:
-> SunRise ‘n Shine is perfectly located in the highly sought out Village of Corolla, the northern end of the Outer Banks. It is beautifully positioned oceanside, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound. SunRise'n Shine is apart of the Beach Club at Whalehead gated community, claiming to be the most narrow portion of OBX. You have the best of both worlds with an easy walk to the sunrises on the beach, as well as access to the picturesque sunsets at the historic Corolla Park on the sound, just a quick walk across the street. Both the sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking so don’t forget to bring your camera!
-> The grounds of the Corolla Park are free and open to the public, while its main attractions include the infamous Whalehead Club, Currituck Beach Light House, Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education, and Currituck Maritime Museum offer seasonal tours for a small fee
