Wake up to stunning sunrises, soaring eagles, water & mountain vistas in this 4 bedroom/2 bath, 3 level beach house, just steps from your private beachfront.

Vaulted ceilings, large beach front deck, gas BBQ grill, games, puzzles, and endless gorgeous scenery. Enjoy a morning walk on the beach, go paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, crabbing, beachcombing, or just sit back and relax on the deck while watching the big ships pass by, the tide going out, horses running on the tide flats and the eagles swooping to catch their breakfast. The days feel endless while you explore the treasures of Whidbey Island, visit the Farmer's Market in Bayview, shop in Langley, or stay right where you are and play on the beach. Very easy access to Clinton-Mukilteo ferry landing (10 minutes) or take a scenic drive around over Deception Pass.

We are located on Whidbey Island, which is accessible in 3 ways: *Mukilteo / Clinton Ferry. 15 minute drive to the house. * Port Townsend / Coupeville Ferry. 35 minute drive to the house. *Deception Pass bridge from the north. 1 hour drive to the house. Whidbey is a rural area, so a car will be necessary for getting from town to town.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 10PM

We have an electronic lock at the front door. We will provide an access code 48 hours prior to your arrival. If you will be arriving later than 10pm please let us know ahead of time.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 6

If you have small children in your party, we will consider up tp 8 guests. Must be approved when making your reservation. Additional days guests must be approved in advance.

House Rules

- Quiet Hours are 10:00pm - 8:00 am
- All guests must be included in the reservation occupancy count
- No smoking, of any kind, on the property
- Day guests are limited and on a request basis
- No large gatherings or parties at any time

Payment Policy

For reservations made more than 45 days prior to arrival, a deposit equal to 25% of the total is due. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If this reservation is being made within 45 days of arrival, all rent, fees & damage deposit will be due at the time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $400 is required. This will be due 7 days prior to check in.

If all real and personal property are in the same condition upon departure, as when occupancy commenced, the damage deposit will be returned to Renter within 7 days of checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 45 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid refunded. Any cancellation made after less 45 or less days prior to the check in date are non-refundable. Please consider travel insurance when you make your reservation.

Notes

A rental registration form must be completed for each reservation.
