The garden area is the coziest place in the world after a day at the beach.

Walking to the beach is only a few minutes as shown in the aerial photos! Beautiful beach with lifeguards on duty, showers, restrooms and drinking fountains. Short walk, and even shorter drive, to the wonder Carlsbad Village with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and breweries!

Driveway parking for 3. There is an additional 1 bedroom guesthouse on the 2nd floor with its own bath and kitchen. For the time being, it is being rented out long-term to a working professional. The right parking spot on the lot is reserved for the tenant. You shouldn’t have any privacy issues as the guesthouse has a separate entrance along the side of the home, with the stairs leading upstairs outside in the backyard to the side. The two spaces are not connected internally in any way. I haven’t received a single concern or issue with privacy from previous guests, and the reviews reflect that, as you can see for yourself.
