The entire home is yours to enjoy. Please note: the garage is used for storing some personal items and cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer are located in the back of the garage and are accessible through the back door.

A 5 minute drive away from Legoland and the Flower Fields, a walk away from the beach, and a look away from a lush, green pond.

There are bus routes that run along the PCH; getting to Carlsbad Village or the neighboring coastal cities is a piece of cake! Just make sure to check the schedule.
Train station is a few minutes drive in case you're going further, or greeting your friends or relatives.
A train does pass by very close to the home. If you're extremely sensitive to sound, this might not be the best fit. Trains typically don’t run past 10pm, though on rare occasions, one might pass by around or after midnight.
Many families with children have stayed and loved it—no one has ever left unhappy because of the train. In fact, kids often enjoy watching them go by—it’s a whole vibe!
