Welcome to The Nest –
You can't beat this location in Carlton Landing! This charming 1 story 2-bed, 2-bath townhome is just steps from the Swim Beach, Boardwalk, Pop-Up Shops, Mama Tig’s, and Festival Lawn. Ideal for up to 5 guests but can comfortably sleep up to 7. Plus a screened-in porch, a paddle board and 2 kayaks for guests to use, and 1 reserved parking spot.

Primary Suite:
The large primary bedroom has a king bed, TV on the wall, ceiling fan, bedside table fan, sound machine and room-darkening curtains. There's an en-suite bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks. There's also a closet off the bedroom that includes a pack-n-play (but you'll need to bring your own pack-n-play sheet), a safe, and a dresser.

Second Bedroom:
This bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin bed, a ceiling fan, bedside table fan, sound machine, and room-darkening curtains . There's an attached closet that has a dresser inside as well as toys and books for little ones.

The second bathroom is off the hallway, but also connects to the second bedroom by a pocket door.

Living room Sofa Bed:
The blue sofa is a memory foam queen pull out bed.


Accessibility Note:
Our home is not ADA compliant. However, it may be a good option for guests with limited mobility since it is a single-level unit with no stairs between our parking spot and the front door. Please note: there is a small threshold step at the entry and a threshold step to enter the primary suite shower.

Additional Amenities:
We include the use of 2 single kayaks and an inflatable paddle board. We also provide lifejackets in various sizes.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you need. We include both a Keurig and full sized coffee pot, k-cups and ground coffee.

The bathrooms include blow dryers, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also provide pool towels.

Also included are board games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, a volleyball and basketball, 2 beach chairs, and a few pool toys.
