We have a fully furnished, private mother‑in‑law apartment in Eastlake available for US/Australia game due to a schedule gap between long‑term renters. This is a clean, quiet unit that we normally rent to traveling professionals.

• Check‑in: June 18 or June 19
• Check‑out: Noon on June 20

Pricing:
• $290/night for up to 2 guests
• +$75/night per additional guest (max 4 total)
• $150 cleaning fee
• $350 refundable security deposit

Work or vacation steps from Lake Union in one of Seattle's most-convenient-to-everything neighborhoods minutes from downtown, the U District and Capitol Hill.

No car needed for daily living and spend your free time on or around the lake! Walk to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. Walk, bike or bus to University of Washington, Fred Hutch and Amazon. Across the street is direct pathway to Eastlake Ave and (Route 70) bus stops. 8-minute connection to light rail. Light rail to SeaTac Airport, downtown and Capitol Hill nightlife, stadiums, north and south Seattle businesses and shopping.

Second bedroom doubles as office. Owner-occupied house (no children) means you may hear intermittent muffled foot traffic. As veteran Seattleites and great tour guides we are ready and willing to offer advice and help for your stay in our favorite place!

The rental has the latest gadgets to improve your stay
1) Front door lock with keycode entry and fingerprint reader.
2) Smart canless lights in both bedrooms - white level, color and brightness can be controlled via phone app.
3) Google Home provided for voice control of bedroom canless lights, living room light and all smart thermostats
4) Sound Machine provided

If you stay for 2+ months, you are welcome to borrow a home office setup. (Lenovo USBc dock, two 24-inch monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse).
