Our home is 1800 SQ FT and comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are provided as well as pool towels. The full-size kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops will provide the perfect area for entertaining and cooking up your fresh catch! You will also find all the cookware, dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils, and extras in the kitchen just like your own home! The beachy decor and furnishings will provide a relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind and enjoy an amazing vacation. We will also provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish soap, and bathroom toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay you might want to bring additional supplies because you won't want to leave. We are located within a short walk, bike, or car ride to a pharmacy, supermarket, and world-class restaurants.
Boaters and fishermen alike will enjoy the 30' dock that can accommodate up to a 35' vessel, with water, power, bait freezer, and fish cleaning table. Includes plenty of off-street parking for your boat trailer. It is a short 15-min. boat ride to the Atlantic and Gulf(bayside) for fishing and diving at all the hot spots, or enjoy sunsets at 7-Mile bridge via boat. A short drive over the 7-mile bridge to the beach and views of Bahia Honda State Park or a little over an hour continue south to spend the day in Key West.
We provide a safe and comfortable experience for you. This home away from home utilizes smart technology that includes a Nest thermostat, smart switches, automatic outdoor lighting, and pin-pad locking devices.

We take cleaning our property seriously and follow all CDC guidelines to ensure a fresh property when you arrive. We clean all high-touch surfaces(doorknobs, switches, countertops, etc.) with disinfectant. All towels and bedding washed in hot water. Check-in and check-out with no person-to-person contact with a smart lock programmed to your personalized code.
