The space
This well laid out condo has a master bedroom with a king bed, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have wall mounted Smart Tv's on which you can log in to your streaming services. The master bath has a large tiled shower while the 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has all the dishware and cookware you'll need, as well as a dishwasher, oven/stove combo, microwave, a stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, and a full size stack washer/dryer unit. There is plenty of seating in the living space and you can enjoy the outdoors on the quaint patio that leads to one of the pools.

Other things to note
Please obey all posted signs for the speed limit. There are families, children, pets and the ducks from the pond to watch out for.

You can fish in the pond but it’s catch and release.

Please observe quiet hours when using the tennis/pickle ball courts.

Please observe all listed rules for the pools.

There are hooks on the patio for wet pool towels - please dry off and hang towels before coming into the unit.

Please don’t sit on the furniture in wet bathing suits.

Please hose off all sand before entering the unit.

There are 2 high tides and 2 low tides every day and they are constantly changing. Google “Golden Isles Tide Chart” for the latest high/low tide times.
