Two beach accesses, 100 yards to sand, ( a 1 minute walk). Enjoy the less crowded beachs of the Island, and we have a wagon so you can stroll your gear to the beach!

After a full day in the sun, unwind in the private backyard with lounge chairs, charcoal grill/smoker, a hammock, games and a firepit.(wood must be purchased by guest, available locally)

Next to Andrew's Produce stand! Save yourself a trip to the store and get the freshest produce, pastries and treats around!

Our little slice of paradise boasts balconies and decks galore for soaking up the sun, and views! Views of the ocean can be seen from the front balconies, and unobstructed intercoastal waterway views from the back balcony.

Choose your own adventure: From our Premium Margaritaville blender for perfect pina coladas, or our ninja coffee, latte, and cappuccino maker,
or simply *wine* down with all the supplies you need. Our fully stocked kitchen is sure to make your vacation a relaxing one.


Fun in the sun: Beach gear at your disposable. Umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, noodles, wagon, games and more

Beach Babes: Our place is baby friendly, with a highchair, playpen, baby gate, small games and books for little ones.

Family Time: games, puzzles and entertainment for a relaxing evening indoors. Each room is equipped with a TV and Roku so you can login to all of your favorite subscriptions.

Some of our ktichen amenities include: full size oven/fridge/microwave. An awesome waffle maker, 10 in one pressure cooker/crockpot combo with tons of cooking options. Toaster, toaster oven, full size coffe maker and Keruig latte maching. Slicers, spiral cutters, plenty of table settings, utneisls, meausring devices, gadgets, cutting boards, cookie trays, baking dishes, cassarole dishes, pots pans, etc!

More about the space:
Reverse floor plan: Upstairs is the main living area with the kitchen, living and dining areas, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Downstairs (but still one flight of steps up from the ground) you will find A king bedroom with attached bathroom. 1 full bedroom and a 4th bedroom/office combo that has a full size futon with an extra thick cushion,(it's comfy) and a desk/chair for your workcations! Every room as a mounted TV with a roku so you can log into your favorite subscriptions!

Workcation? We are equipped with the fastest internet available so you can work and surf seamlessly.
