You will be staying in a strictly family gated community, PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS OR EVENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED (VIOLATIONS $ 500 [FIVE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS] PENALTY + DEEP CLEAN + TRASH FEE AND DAMAGES).
Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pool area ($ 500 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS PENALTY).
????We allow small pets one medium or two small per reservation. (fees apply [US$ 99,00 per pet]),????
Quiet hours after 11:00 PM and condo rules must be respected.
Fines may be imposed if the rules are not observed.
Our home is self-supply, guests should bring your own food, drink, hygienic items and cleaning items.
We will provide towels, wash cloths, pool towels, linens, comforters, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, starter laundry detergent, trash bags, starter coffee.

Extra Charges - upon request:
•Pool heater - US$ 25 per day (minimum 3 days or equivalent amount. Needs to be requested and paid until 2 days before check-in)
•Pet fee per pet - US$ 99 (we allow one middle size or two small ones per reservation)
Only the guests disclosed at reservation are allowed to access the property. Visitors are not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy 16 guests: including Adults, Children and Infants.
The person who is renting should be at least 21 years old.
- RVs, trailers or commercial vehicles are not allowed by HOA rules.
