2 Private Suites - Kissimmee

Come relax in your private 450 sq ft room in our beautiful home. We have a large king bed and a twin day bed that has a twin pull-out bed under it. We also have a toddler cot if needed. We have a dual recliner to relax in to watch the big-screen TV.
The private toilet is a few steps outside of your room, which is nice so someone can use the shower and bathroom in private nice when you have children. We have all of your showering needs like shampoo and body wash.
Our shared rooms are the front sitting room, living room, kitchen, and pool. You are welcome to cook in the kitchen if you need. There is a coffee bar set up in the front sitting room for your use. We have tried to supply all your needs so you can just come to relax and make tons of memories. We have security cameras for your safety and ours.

We are friendly Host who Love to visit and get to know our guest and sometimes sit chat or maybe even share a meal together. But we do understand after a long day of fun or traveling the need for peace and quiet.
Our son Chad is the cohost that is there most of the time when we are not. We are in upstate NY from middle Nov till Jan for the holidays

Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Very friendly neighbors. Walmart about 10 mins away. Publix and McDonalds about 2 miles

We ask to please no eating in the bed.
If bedding is damaged there will be a charge to replace it.
If anything gets damaged or broken please let us know there may be a charge charged to fix or replace it.

Extra fee for early check-in and late check out$10 for every 30 mins after check-out time unless ok with the host.
