Our condo is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for comfort. You can reach Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, and the Bank of NH Pavilion. Our studio boasts spectacular panoramic mountain and lake views, a newly built pool, BBQ pits, a gym, game room, basketball court, and a library, making it the perfect place to stay for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.  Wake up to breathtaking early sunrises and relax with stargazing/sunsets in the evening while enjoying the Weirs Beach fireworks display from the comfort of our great room balcony. For the comfort of all; please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building.
