Fully stocked with everything you may need to prepare a hearty breakfast before a day of adventure.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

There are five parking spaces available in the driveway. Please do not park on the pickleball court.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. We ensure our cleaning team adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. The cost is $35 per day and will be invoiced separately. We kindly request at least one week's notice. Once your stay begins, we are unable to turn the heater on or off. Please note that the pool and spa share the same temperature setting, which is maintained between 88–90°F.

During cold or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. Following rainfall, debris may wash into the pool, which can temporarily affect the water's appearance.

The pool is cleaned on the day of check-in. As it is an outdoor amenity, its condition may vary due to weather, leaves, insects, and other natural elements. We cannot guarantee its appearance throughout your stay. As this is a self-catering property, there is no on-site pool attendant for ongoing cleaning. However, a leaf skimmer is available for guest use. Additional pool cleanings may be scheduled upon request for $100 per service.

Please note that you may hear nearby chickens and roosters early in the morning. If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. To prepare the property for incoming guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly at check-out. Late check-outs may impact housekeeping schedules and future reservations. Guests who remain beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $500.

As this is a self-catering home, we do not replenish supplies during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with starter amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry room includes detergent pods for up to two loads of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker compatible with both drip coffee and K-Cups is provided; however, coffee is not included.

If anything is missing upon arrival, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a restock.

A security deposit of $2,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the property after check-out.
