Payment Policy
Payment is accepted through Zelle and Venmo for no charge.
Payments through Stripe using a credit card will include a 2% processing fee.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A standard security (damage) deposit of $150 is collected for each stay to protect against damages to the property. This deposit is fully refunded within 2 days of checkout if there's no damage to the property or furnishings.

If damage is found, guests will be notified with photos, and will be responsible for paying for a replacement or repair.

If excessive cleaning becomes necessary beyond the standard 2 hour cleaning procedure, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If you have any questions, please notify me before making the reservation.
