Well Appointed throughout, kitchen is well applianced too!

2 Full bathrooms, 1 half. Basement works as its own studio type unit with a full bathroom, full bed, and convertible couch to a queen. Air mattress for extra sleepers (8 MAX ALLOWED).

Please note a MINIMUM Night stay is required of 3 nights for all bookings on Thursday or Friday unless within 14 day stay.

Guest access

Fireplace is currently inoperable and will be turned off.

Guest will be able to use the entire condo with exception of a few locked closets.

There is no smoking permitted in the property at any time. This includes but not listed to vaporizers or any other smokeless devices.

Other things to note

Pets are on a case by case basis, any unmentioned pets prior to stay and not agreed upon between the two of us is violation and cause for immediate revocation of usage and may be subject to partial or all security deposits retained. Pet wear and tear is not normal wear and tear. Any violations outside within the association related to a guests pet will be subject to deposits and loss of usage. PETS ARE TO BE LEASHED 100% OF THE TIME.

We expect the same level of respect and decorum you would have in your own house, your mothers house, or your grandmothers house. Bad behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will be subject to termination of the rental contract without notice and maybe subject to full loss of deposit and funds paid for any instance deemed unacceptable behavior by myself, my designee, and or any other owner(s) or guest(s) within the complex.
