On the upper floor there is a bathroom with marble tiles and a round bathtub, and tennis fans have a private tennis court at their disposal. The floodlights are not in operation.

The outdoor area is spacious and offers a long covered terrace for dining "al fresco". The large pool with water slide is surrounded by green areas for sunbathing and there is space for several cars on the plot.
