Detailed Description:

This captivating cabin spans three levels. The main floor welcomes you with a spacious living room and dining area adjacent to a beautifully furnished kitchen. It also features a master king suite with a walk-in tiled shower boasting dual shower heads and elegant glass doors.

Upstairs, you'll find two king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The game room on this level is sure to entertain you with a pool table, air hockey table, multicade, and a cozy second living room area featuring an electric fireplace.

The lower level is home to a private indoor pool and a convenient half bath. Relax and lounge by the pool, or enjoy watching a game or a movie from within the water. Step outside onto the deck to unwind in the hot tub. This modern cabin is located within a resort setting, offering a touch of mountain flair.

All three levels provide expansive decking at the back, affording a lovely wooded view and creating a perfect Smoky Mountain experience. Both the main living room and the game room feature sleeper sofas for additional flexibility and accommodation.

What to Expect:

- Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 10am.
- Door codes will be sent to you the morning of check-in.
- Parking available in front of the property for a maximum of four vehicles.
- The pool is approximately 15ft long (excl steps), 12ft wide, and 4.25ft deep at its deepest point.
- Pool service is on Mondays and Thursdays after 10am.

Booking Information:

- We require all guests to sign and return the rental agreement and pay a refundable security deposit. Feel free to message us if you'd like to review a copy of the rental agreement before booking.
- We require a copy of the primary renter's driver's license and a copy of the driver’s license of the person on the credit card used for booking.

Provided Supply:

- An initial supply of bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, single use dishwasher detergent and single use laundry soap. You may want to bring additional supplies with you or plan to purchase when you arrive.
- We do not provide any consumable supplies for the charcoal grill. You want to bring your own charcoal, wood, lighter, and lighter fluid if you plan to use the grill. Before grilling, check for potential Sevier County burn/grilling bans on the TN GOV website.

Important Details:

- Camera at the front door that automatically record audio and video for added security of all our guests.
- No parties or events.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No third party bookings.
- Maximum occupancy is 10 people, maximum number of adults is 6 at all times.
- Minimum age of primary renter is 25.
