Our cozy private detached MIL is walking distance to the amazing trails and beaches of Seward Park and a short walk to the efficient light rail to downtown. It is located close to a bookstore, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Studio Detached Mother in law unit in a garden setting. Private, cozy, and comfortable. This is a non smoking unit.
Guest access
The unit includes wi-fi, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The kitchenette includes coffee maker, mini fridge, a hot plate, and toaster oven. Please, no smoking inside the unit. There is a Smart TV, but no access to any cable channels. (Some of the pictures show an oven, but the oven has been removed.)

There is plenty of street parking as the unit is located on a quiet street.
