There is no closet in this room, it is used to store all the linens and towels that are provided for renters. Plenty of storage in dresser and nightstands and underbed roll out organizers. Also, plenty of closet space in master room with extra hangers if needed.

Master bedroom has new Roku TV, new furniture and ceiling fan.

Relax in this newly renovated master bedroom.

Deck off the master bedroom. Place for sun or shade.

Pretty scenic trees and overlooks the walking path.

Two large closets connecting the bedroom and bathroom. As well as large dresser and nightstands with USB and charging outlets.

Walk in tiled shower with 2 shower heads on each side.

Double shower with glass door that swings in or out for easy entry and exit of shower.

Diverter to allow water from shower head (6 o’clock position), sliding bar (9 o’clock position), or both for most water pressure (7 o’clock position).

Built in niches to store your shower supplies.

Garage can store any beach items or bikes you bring. We also have bikes and beach chairs and toys at the start of the season. There is not room to park in the garage but you can park in the driveway in front of the garage and there is plenty of other parking nearby.

Sea Colony has something for everyone. Don’t forget you will need to purchase badges.

There is a tram stop right across the road.

A catch and release fishing pier is a short walk away.

Stop by the Beach Shoppe to purchase your badges for your stay.

West Lake Activity Center is a short walk away. There are pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball and more.

There is lots to do at the West Lake Activity Center.

There is also charcoal grills and a picnic area to use at the West Lake Activity Center.

Sit back and watch your family enjoy shuffleboard, pickleball, or basketball at the Westlake Activity Center.

Reserve one of the indoor courts or one of the outdoor hartru courts.

The tennis center is a short walk away from the townhouse.

There are many pools right off the private access to the beach on the east side.

There is also an indoor pool and bathrooms in the Edgewater building.

Private access to the 1/2 mile of beach in front of the east side high rises of Sea Colony.

Take the tram from the tram stop right outside of the townhouse over to the beach.

There are beach chairs and beach toys left in the garage for renters to use.

Freeman Fitness Center is a short walk away with indoor basketball courts, workout equipment and an indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool and playground.

So many amenities to use at Sea Colony. There is something for everyone.

Downtown Bethany is a few minutes drive, enjoy shopping, dining, and ice cream.

Wake up in one of Sea Colony’s carriage homes and get ready to start your day while relaxing on the screened porch or master bedroom’s deck. Head to the beach, play tennis in a world-class facility, or swim in one of 12 pools. You could also go to the fitness center, walk or bike the resort’s grounds, or take the kids to the playground. In the evening, eat in or bike to the Sea Colony Marketplace or to Bethany’s boardwalk for good eats and yummy ice cream.

For two decades, our family has been fortunate to travel to and rent at Sea Colony. We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access.
