Our serene 2 bedroom condo is in one of the nicest neighborhood in Winnipeg. The building is new and the neighborhood is very quiet and serenely beautiful. All major amenities about 5 minutes walk away from the property: gyms, Save on Food for grocery shopping, Domino Pizza, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, RBC Bank, etc. Parking is available right in front of the unit and free WIFI available to guests.

The space
You'll walk into a cozy living room with an open concept kitchen with a highland, barstools for ready-to-go dining, and a dishwasher for convenience. There are two sizable bedrooms with comfy queen beds. The bedrooms have calming and serene lakeview for daytime and nighttime relaxations. There is also a sizeable balcony with a pleasant lakeview for relaxation. There is washer and dryer ensuite.

Guest access
The entire two-bedroom unit is available to guest(s) and there is direct entry into the unit. You'll have your own access code for the unit for the period of your stay.

1) Parking - there is a dedicated parking lot that comes with the unit right in front of the entrance with a heating socket for your vehicle during the Winnipeg Winter season.
