This house is considered "second row" and is only 100 yards from the beach. We have 2 outdoor showers, we rarely shower indoors all year! We also have a paved driveway and basketball hoop, perfect for the kids to play basketball, cornhole, draw with chalk, etc. Beautiful ocean views, very spacious top deck for entertaining, and wake up to the sound of the ocean.
