The boardwalk to the beach is directly in front of the house. Restaurants, groceries and shopping are less than 300yds away. New decks for 2024!“Sea You On The Other Side” is located in the town of Avon, NC. Beach boardwalk access is located directly across the street. A short walk or bike ride will bring you to restaurants and shopping at Dirty Dicks, Duck Donuts, La Fogata, Bros Sandwich Shack, Gidget’s Pizza, Surf’s Up Seafood Market, China Town, Food Lion and more.
