1st Floor: Playroom stocked with a train table, play kitchen + accessories, books, board games, floor & age-appropriate jigsaw puzzles, Nugget play couches, doll house + accessories, and more. There is also a storage closet with an 8-ft beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon.
2nd Floor: Washer/Dryer. Bunk Room (master bedroom) with 2 full-over-full bunks and an ensuite bathroom (toilet & shower with handheld shower hose), 2 wardrobes and a closet. 2 King bedrooms with a shared full bathroom (toilet, shower/tub combo). King bedrooms both have dressers, closets, TVs and private access to balcony overlooking the lake. A mini crib is also available. The balcony has 6 Adirondack chairs with accent tables & 2 hammock chairs. All bedrooms have blackout window treatments.
3rd Floor: Master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom (toilet & shower), mini crib, large walk-in closet, and blackout window treatments. A second Washer & Dryer are located in the master closet. Fully stocked kitchen with vaulted ceilings and adjacent dining room overlooking the lake. The dining table has seating for 10 & the bar has seating for 3. There are 2 high chairs & 1 booster seat available. The 3rd floor balcony also overlooks the lake and has a dining table with seating for 10. The cozy living room has a TV, an abundance of seating & board games for the whole family.
Outside: Parking for 5 vehicles, Tesla charging station (level 2 charger), charcoal grill, a digger toy for kids, and an outdoor shower.
The entire home is setup with kids in mind. There are safety features throughout the home, age appropriate toys for children of all ages, games for the whole family, TV's with YoutubeTV + Apps, and more. A list of all children's amenities will be available prior to your stay.
Amenities **NOT** included: beach towels, mini crib sheets (same size as pack-n-play sheets), baby bottles, bottle dishwasher baskets, baby carriers, strollers, laundry detergent.
The cleaning fee of $300 includes the following:
-Linens (sheets, towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and kitchen towels); BEACH TOWELS NOT INCLUDED
-Sanitizing the entire house, and cleaning high touch surfaces.
-Basic Cleaning of the house-sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning up sand, mopping/dry mopping floors, cleaning kitchen area, cleaning fridge, vents, vacuuming carpet, and maintaining general order of the house.
Our home is best suited for groups of 10 adults, or 6 adults and up to 8 kids (not including infants)
We do ask that guests clean up after themselves, and read/abide by all check out instructions.
A pet fee of $100 per pet is required. Only 2 dogs allowed. Dogs must be crated if left alone.
During the summer there is a minimum stay of a week required. Check-in is at 4PM & check-out is 10AM.
