Pets can be brought along for a fee and the flat was completely renovated in 2018 and furnished to a high standard. It is located on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and has underfloor heating throughout as well as additional radiators. All rooms can be darkened with roller shutters and the flat is designed for 2 people, but there is also a very comfortable, large spring-core sofa bed (1.60x2.00) in the living room for additional guests. The living room and bedroom are open-plan, the HD TV can be easily rotated so that you can watch TV either from the bed or from the couch, and the bedroom has a large double bed (1.80x2.00). The duvet and pillows are made of vegan kapok and the kitchen has 2 seats. Spices, tea, coffee and food in the cupboards are of course free to use. The bathroom has a level-access shower with a gentle rain shower. Towels and sufficient utensils for personal hygiene are provided.
