✹ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a detailed check-in message. This will confirm your check-in dates and times, provide Wi-Fi details, and include your unique front door access code for seamless entry to the home.

✹ RESORT GATE ACCESS
Windsor Island Resort is a gated community with strict security protocols:

✹ All guests over 18 must be pre-registered. Please send us the full names of all adult guests, and we will add them to the resort’s front security registration list.

✹ Upon arrival, gate security will request a photo ID for each adult guest.

✹ RESORT RE-ENTRY PASS
After security clearance, you will be issued a re-entry pass valid for the duration of your stay. This pass grants you access to the express entry lane (right side) for hassle-free re-entry to the resort at any time.

Windsor Island Resort is the 4th in the "Windsor" vacation resort series and boasts bigger and better amenities than ever before! An extravagant modern clubhouse incorporating a large resort style swimming pool with lazy river, slides and children's water park/splash pad to amuse the young at heart. There is a variety of sports amenities including basketball and sand volleyball courts and putt-putt golf.

Choose from a selection of family cabanas to enjoy the pool side bar where you can grab a drink and a bite to eat. Other amenities include fitness room, game room, cafe and ice cream shop, multipurpose room, restrooms, great room, fire pit to view fireworks and a tropical walk to name some.

External security cameras are installed at the front door, driveway, and pool equipment for guest and property safety. These are not actively monitored, and no cameras are located inside the home.

✹ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request.

✹ PEST CONTROL
Our home is professionally treated regularly, but occasional tropical bugs are a reality of Florida's climate. If you notice any issues, notify us immediately, and our pest control team will handle them promptly.

✹ PACKAGE DELIVERY
Packages can be delivered during your stay, but note that USPS does not deliver to vacation rental homes. Use carriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx for doorstep delivery.

✹ TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to weather or travel delays, as refunds cannot be issued for such events.
