Plenty of privacy, parking, and space to relax at this 2 story, beach house in Surfside Beach. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a full bathroom. (The main floor bedroom shares a common bathroom). The open-concept main floor has a living room, kitchen table, breakfast bar, and fully equipped kitchen. There are decks off the main floor and the 2nd floor Main bedroom. WiFi and Roku TV with streaming are in each bedroom room and the great room. Central AC for cool comfort when returning from the beach. 2 roll-away cots can be moved wherever is most convenient. Approximately 9 blocks south of restaurants, bars, and the Surfside Beach Pier.

Please note: Due to system limitations, the pool heater may be unavailable from November-March, unless nighttime temperatures are consistently 55+ degrees. An additional fee of $40/daily or $250/week is charged for heater use. The fee is due before we make arrangements with the pool company to have it turned on. Thank you!

Plenty of parking at this private beach house. Parking underneath as well as in the driveway. Sidewalks and plenty of room for walking or biking.

Well behaved dogs are okay. $250 pet fee.
