Secluded Northwoods property located at the end of a private road with lots of space to spread out and relax. Right in the middle of the waterfall capital! Take a waterfall tour or bring your kayaks, its a 5 minute drive to Lily Lake. Enjoy the nice big yard, private fire pit with cooking grate and an amazing screened in porch - perfect for enjoying a meal or escaping the rain.

On the ATV/snowmobile route, about 2 miles of road riding to the trails. Our central location is perfectly convenient for day trips to Athelstane, Silver Cliff, Dunbar, Pembine, Goodman and Florence.

When you're on Collins lane, it's a private drive, take a hard right at the red address signs. It's the last house at the end. Your access code will be provided 1 day before check-in.

Check In: 3PM - 12AM

Check-in any time after 3pm, Check-out is 11am, You will be given an access code 1 day before your arrival.

Check Out: 11AM

No pets

Pets/Animals of any kind are NOT ALLOWED. Our rural property uses frequency machines to deter pests and small animals. These machines are not considered "Pet Safe".

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

We will require a photo ID upon booking.

Maximum occupancy: 8

House Rules

Visitors, Parties, Gatherings, Pets/Animals are not allowed and will result in immediate removal from the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the screened porch area.
Candles and Hair Dye are not allowed

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit is refunded within 48 hours of check-out time unless there is damage resulting in a deduction.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days prior to reservation check-in date will receive full refund.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to reservation check-in date will receive 50% refund.
No refunds if cancelled less than 7 days before reservation check-in date.
