The space
Seaside Retreat is a stunning 3rd floor walk-up, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. With a spacious primary King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom featuring a a full-size bed and twin bunks, this condo comfortably accommodates families and small groups of up to 6 people. The queen pullout sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping options for extra guests.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to enjoy an amazing meal on those days you just want to stay in. We also have 2 coffee makers, for our coffee fanatics.

Indulge in a fun-filled game night with the assortment of games available, creating lasting memories with your loved ones. Step out onto the balcony and immerse yourself in the refreshing ocean breeze as you savor the invigorating scent of the saltwater.

Conveniently located near major attractions. Broadway at the Beach , Barefoot Landing, Ripley's Aquarium and the Boardwalk and SkyWheel are within a 15 minute drive.

**We do not have a washer/dryer in the unit. There are coin operated washers/dryers on the 1st floor in the complex**
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, except for the owner's closet.
Other things to note
-This is a 3-story walk-up. Our condo does not have an elevator.
-Parking for 1 vehicle with 1 parking pass provided.
The pass will be left on the kitchen counter.
-We have 1 security camera. It is motion sensor and records when motion is detected. The camera is in place for the safety of our guests and located at the front door.
-We apply a $500 security hold to all bookings. If there is no damage found upon inspection, the hold will be released.
-We provide 4 beach chairs and 6 beach towels.
**No washer and Dryer in unit. There are Coin operated washers and dryers on the 1st floor in the complex**
**Please make sure to have your own Quarters as there are no change machines.*
