The accommodation is pet friendly & with beautiful period features. It sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms. Formerly a farm cottage & part of the Lanhydrock Estate it enjoys an enviable location with many walking & cycle trails nearby. A rural retreat yet only 15 mins from the nearest beach, it is the perfect blend of coast & country!Downstairs is an open plan area with kitchen/dining and lounge area with wall mounted Smart TV and log burner for cosy nights. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms - 1x king,1x double with en-suite and chair bed & 1 x single.

There is a bathroom with tub bath and overhead shower and within the property there is free wifi.

Outside there is a fully enclosed and private lawned garden with outdoor seating, barbecue, chiminea and (optional) luxury private hot tub.

Guests wishing to book the hot tub need to make this known at the time of booking or prior to arrival (with as much notice as possible but at least 48 hours in advance) as late requests cannot always be guaranteed. The hot tub is professionally cleaned, sanitised and refilled between bookings and so hire depends on the availability of the hot tub company to provide this service. The hot tub is charged extra upon arrival and arrangements can be made to pay the hot tub company direct.
